Your purchase When refunds apply Other cases Withdrawal rights Request a refund Timing

The short version: each batch is a one-time payment, never a subscription. If a failure on our side prevents the batch from being processed, tell us and request a refund through Paddle. Your mandatory consumer rights always apply.

1. Your purchase

€2.99–€8.99 onceThere is no recurring charge to cancel.
One batchEnhancement for up to 500 selected photos.

Eligible customers can review up to five enhanced photos before deciding whether to pay. When you buy, payment unlocks processing of the rest of that batch. Paddle is the merchant of record: Paddle takes payment, issues the receipt and processes approved refunds.

2. Service failures and defects

Please contact us if a technical problem materially prevents you from receiving the service described at purchase. We will first try to restore access, reprocess affected files or otherwise fix the issue.

If Sea True charges you but cannot process any of your supported photos because of a failure in our service, you may request a full refund. If a material failure affects part of a batch, we will review the circumstances fairly and may offer reprocessing, a proportionate refund or a full refund as appropriate. Duplicate or unauthorised charges should be reported to Paddle promptly.

This Policy does not limit rights you may have when a digital service is faulty, not as described or not fit for its stated purpose.

3. Cases that ordinarily are not refundable

Unless applicable law or Paddle’s policy requires otherwise, a refund ordinarily will not be issued where:

  • the batch was successfully processed and made available to you;
  • you changed your mind after processing began or after using or downloading the results;
  • the output reflects the free preview but no longer suits your personal artistic preference;
  • the problem comes from unsupported, corrupted or incorrectly labelled files; or
  • there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse or misuse of the free preview.

Underwater enhancement is affected by the source image and cannot recover detail or color that was never captured. The free preview is provided so eligible customers can judge the style on their own photos before paying.

4. Statutory withdrawal rights

Consumers in some countries have a cooling-off or withdrawal right for online purchases. For example, consumers in the EU, EEA and UK may have 14 days to withdraw from some digital content or service contracts. That right can end after performance begins if you expressly ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge the effect on your withdrawal right.

Paddle applies the withdrawal rules for your country at checkout and when reviewing a request. Nothing in this Policy removes a right that cannot legally be waived. See Paddle’s current Refund Policy for country-specific periods and conditions.

5. How to request a refund

Submit the request as soon as possible and, where possible, within 14 days of the transaction:

  • open the support or “Manage transaction” link in your Paddle receipt; or
  • visit paddle.net and choose Request refund.

Include the purchase email, transaction details, batch identifier if available, and a brief description of what went wrong. For technical help before requesting a refund, email support@seatrue.app.

6. Decisions and payment timing

Paddle verifies the transaction and decides refund eligibility under applicable law, its Buyer Terms and this Policy. An approved refund is normally returned to the original payment method. Bank and card-network processing times can vary after Paddle sends it.

Refunded access may be withdrawn and the related downloadable files may be deleted. A payment dispute or chargeback may also pause access while it is investigated.
